Blue Lagoon Swan

Blue Lagoon is a swan-neck mosaic lamp built around a turquoise cabochon ringed by a golden brass halo, set into a radial star of aqua and gold cut-glass tiles. Hundreds of small beads in turquoise, cobalt, and cream fill the field around the star, catching light like sun on shallow water.

Turn it on and the aquas glow soft from within like light filtering through a lagoon. The turquoise center becomes a bright warm point, the gold halo around it holding the light like a small sun.

Every lamp in the Swan-Neck Collection is made by hand in Canada — a twisted brass rope stem curving from a footed base up and over the globe, holding it like a lantern in mid-air. No two are cut, set, or coloured the same way. When this one sells, there isn't another like it.
