All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days for both Canada and the United States.

Each mosaic lamp is a delicate work of art. We take extra care to ensure your lamp arrives safely. Every order is carefully wrapped with protective materials and secured in reinforced packaging designed specifically for fragile glass items.
If your lamp arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@lightmylife.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit.
Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of our mosaic lamps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each lamp is a unique piece of handmade art — slight variations in color, pattern, and size are normal and part of what makes your lamp one of a kind.
Damaged in Transit?
If your lamp arrives broken or damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lightmylife.shop with photos. We'll make it right.
