Blue Medallion Swan

Blue Medallion is built around a round central medallion of cobalt-blue glass dots, encircled by a ring of red hand-cut tiles and set into a bright confetti field of multicolour hand-set beadwork. The globe hangs from a twisted brass rope stem that curves from a footed base up and over, holding it like a lantern in mid-air, with a filigree drop hanging below.

Turn it on and the medallion glows deep blue at its heart, the red ring warms around it, and the confetti beadwork sparkles in every colour across the globe. In daylight it's bright and busy; after dark it becomes a floating wheel of colour.

Every lamp in the Swan-Neck Collection is made by hand in Canada. No two are set, coloured, or finished the same way. When this one sells, there isn't another like it.
