Hibiscus Star Swan

Hibiscus Star centers on an eight-point star in red and pink hand-cut glass around a mirrored core, set into a vivid field of hot-pink and magenta hand-set beadwork flecked with mirror. The globe hangs from a twisted brass rope stem that curves from a footed base up and over, holding it like a lantern in mid-air, with a filigree drop hanging below.

Turn it on and the star opens like a flower — the red center glows warm, the pink points brighten, and the magenta beadwork lights up vivid all around it. In daylight it reads bold and tropical; after dark it becomes a floating hibiscus bloom.
