The Pinwheel Wish

The Pinwheel Wish centers on an eight-point star of red, blue, green, yellow, and pink glass diamonds radiating from a bright core, set into a dense confetti field of multicolour hand-set beadwork. The globe sits at the base of a tall silver neck that rises to a pointed finial, with twisted silver handles curving down from the shoulders.

Turn it on and the star seems to spin — the coloured diamonds light up spoke by spoke and the confetti beadwork sparkles all around it while the silver ewer above stays cool and sculptural. In daylight it reads playful and bold; after dark it becomes a glowing pinwheel of colour.
