The Winterlight Wish

The Winterlight Wish centers on a star of clear mirrored glass with a faceted turquoise core, framed by blue diamonds and set into a field of turquoise, gold, and green hand-set beadwork. The globe sits at the base of a tall silver neck that rises to a pointed finial, with twisted silver handles curving down from the shoulders.

Turn it on and the star flashes cool and bright - the mirrored points catch the light, the turquoise center glows, and the blue-green beadwork shimmers around them like frost while the silver ewer above stays cool and sculptural. In daylight it reads crisp and icy; after dark it becomes a glowing winter star.
